Shipping policy

Shipping times may vary product to product, please refer to the product page for estimated timelines or reach out for more information. Shipping times may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control (i.e. customs delays, production delays, etc.). For stolen or missing orders, Safeplace NY is not responsible for orders that tracking shows as delivered but the customer cannot locate. For this, the customer has to contact their local USPS and inquire about having the package located or being reimbursed by them.
